With the rising costs of fossil fuels, the use of wood for energy production is gaining an increased interest. That’s why many of our customers are planning to build a wood combined heat and power plant, so that wood from the region can be used for energy production. For the regional forestry, the wood combined heat and power plant allows the possibility of selling the unused wood from the forest management or from nature protection measures, for example, as energy wood. The transportation logistics is structured in such a way, that the fuel can be transported in containers, in trucks, as well as by railroad and can then be accepted in our plants, stored, and conveyed to incineration.
